The easy installing miniature torque limiter coupling works
with the reliable R+W backlash-free principle.
The operationally reliable SK1 miniature torque limiter clutch is notable for its extremely low moment of inerta and the short length. Users can choose between versions with single position re-engagement, load holding, Multi position re-engagement or free-wheeling function systems.
Optimum protection of the drive is guaranteed by high-speed disconnection within 1 to 3 sec and long disengagement path of the indexing ring when the coupling disengages.
In the event of overloading, the degressive characteristic of the spring causes an instant drop in torque and low residual friction of the clutch.
The series of safety couplings covers an adjustment range from 0.1
to 1500 Nm and a shaft diameter range from 4 to 70 mm. The
torque is infinitely variable.
